My mum’s dentures broke a few days ago, just before Christmas-Noooooooo! but I rang up at 9 & one of the usual lovely receptionists booked an appointment within an hour. We saw an extremely thorough dentist who took photos to email to the repair company to make sure it was repairable and then even rang and spoke to them so they understood where exactly the break was. Now, 3 days later my mum has received them back in perfect condition, what a relief. We’ve been going to this practice for quite a few years and the customer service of the whole team is always quite outstanding -thank you all so very much.

I have had nothing other than the best care and best service from my dentist. Alright, we should all have access to an NHS dentist by right, but that's a different story. Purple Dental Care is a brilliant alternative whilst politicians do nothing to help us all, just keep going on about the state of peoples teeth in the UK.

Hello. There is “bad”, and then there is “extremely bad”. In other words, this is a terrible clinic. The building of the clinic is good, but I could not find a single doctor who actually knows their job. Inside that building, there is not a single dentist who can properly extract a tooth or treat it. I honestly do not know where the dentists there received their education or where they obtained their dentistry diplomas. Let me also say this: to take an X-ray, they use equipment that looks like it’s from the Stone Age — completely useless. They force a huge metal plate with a long strip into a person’s mouth, something so big that only a dinosaur could fit it. A normal human cannot. During the X-ray, people gag and feel like vomiting. Their system and devices truly belong to the Stone Age. I would strongly recommend that the NHS checks the authenticity of all diplomas of the dentists working there. I cannot understand how someone who cannot extract a tooth or place a proper-quality filling is allowed to work as a dentist. They made my child suffer for a whole year. At least twice every month they placed a low-quality temporary filling in the same tooth, and within 1–2 hours after leaving the clinic, the filling would fall out. They even said, “Don’t drink water or eat for 1.5 hours,” but my child was so scared that he avoided drinking water or eating for up to 33 hours. Their so-called most experienced dentist — the owner of the clinic, Mohammed — could not treat my child’s tooth either. After one whole year, he finally decided to extract it. My child nearly fainted; it was a horrifying experience. He broke the tooth into pieces, and the root of the tooth is still broken and left inside. I have never seen such an unskilled and incompetent dentist in my entire life. I still cannot understand where he and some of the other dentists in that clinic studied and who gave them a dentistry diploma. This question still troubles me every single day and every single night.

Because of a single tooth, I took my 8-year-old son to the dentist 30 times over the course of a year. Each time, we had to get permission from the school because of his toothache, and we would run on foot — 2.5 km there and 2.5 km back. Every time, they prescribed antibiotics to an 8-year-old child. The filling they placed in his tooth was extremely poor quality. Most of the time, it would crumble and fall out on the way home. I have never in my life seen a dental clinic where the level of professionalism and humanity is so low. None of the doctors there — who supposedly took the Hippocratic Oath — were able to properly treat a single tooth, nor did they have the conscience to restore a child’s tooth with a normal, good-quality filling. In this clinic, people have no value at all. The only thing that matters to them is money. They do not provide any quality work. How can a dentist who cannot even extract a single tooth be considered a doctor? And I’m not even talking about being a good doctor.

I’ve been attending this practise for the last 2 years as a purple core patient, and can honestly say it’s the BEST practise I’ve attended. I would class myself as a super nervous patient and I am always put at ease. Always welcomed and the practise in general has a lovely vibe. It’s Affordable and always super clean! Couldn’t recommend more!!

Recommended to my by a friend. I found a modern, clean, dental practice, with friendly co-operative staff. I was assigned to a pleasant attentive dentist who treated me to every satisfaction. I'm very pleased to have found this particular dental practice. I would not hesitate to recommend it.

A friendly and professional team from the receptionist to the dentist where I was made to feel welcome and at ease. I will definitely be returning for my check up.
