   Absolutely awful experience. Saw a very young emergency dentist - could not have been more surly or rude if he tried, and actually hurt me. Was he sorry? Nope. He poured pre filling acid like fluid all over the inside of my mouth, burning my gums and tongue and left filling material all in between my teeth. I asked him to look at it, he refused - I have managed to find another dentist to fix the mess he made. One of the receptions is lovely, the other is sullen, and very, very rude. Very obviously annoyed she needed to ask her friend to hold on the phone while doing her job and attending to patients. Do not go here and tell 111 you want another dentist if this is the one they give you.

   Do not use this dentist. There is a serious lack of expertise in this practise. Had a filling which caused major tooth ache. It failed within a week and caused a great deal more pain. They tried to tell me I needed a root canal (been to another dentist and that is not the case, just a poorly done job initially) so you can’t trust them either. Read the other reviews below too. They are all saying similar things, it’s not just happened to me. There are a lot of staff changes and it is now owned by another practice in Swindon ‘Smile’ and going downhill fast

   Extremely disappointed with this dental practice. The reception The receptionist, Aqila, was incredibly rude and unprofessional — shouting over the phone and showing no respect for patients. My appointment was cancelled less than 12 hours before it was due, with no proper explanation or apology. The attitude at the front desk is dismissive and ignorant, making the whole experience very unpleasant. I would strongly advise looking elsewhere if you expect basic courtesy and reliability.

   This is the worst treatment that I have ever got. No explanation of what is going on. Then the dentist has damaged my tooth and I went through a lot of pain and now needing root canal after my nerve has died. Just hope the dentist that caused me all the mental and physical pain encounter something similar to understand how to treat people.

   Very friendly and welcoming reception staff. Ash Godara was so patient with me when I underwent a full top and bottom set of dental implants. He is a perfectionist but at least you know he is doing what he needs to do for the best possible outcome for you. I have read a few negative reviews but can honestly say that my experience has been a very positive one. I personally would and have recommended them to my family. Well done Ash and thank you soooo much for giving me back my smile. Jo Ewins.

   My 5 years old child is in pain for 2 nights due to tooth pain. I call the practice 8 hours n the morning. They gave me an appointment only next day. Than at afternoon they call and said they will have to move to the next day due to one of dentist sickness. I call them and asked if there is other option to get it earlier they said only 111 can give me appointment with them for tomorrow. I call 111 waited 1 hour just to find out i can get an appointment only after 2 days as i registered with practice. When I call back to ask what time is appointment on Friday the receptionist said there is no more appointments on Friday. When i asked what happened with mine they said i never approved and they basically don’t care about that my child can not go to school due to luck off sleep ( as all night he was crying in pain) When i said that this is there duty of care to take the child in they started to laugh. This is the worst NHS practice i ever had. I canceled with them ages ago as they moved me from one dentist to another. On there website only 2 reviews ( wonder why probably the rest are very bad) Avoid rood and no empathy.

   “Absolutely dreadful customer service. Spent hundreds of pounds with Dr Ashish Godara pre pandemic having various NHS/Private treatments to be told when I rang last week that despite needing emergency treatment for a missing front tooth lost due to an accident they couldn’t help me. Apparently since I hadn’t visited the practice since 2018 I’d been deregistered. The practice manager told me that I couldn’t be re-registered, despite the fact both my children still go there & the fact that I had not gone so as not to take up valuable appointments for those in need during the lockdown. The practice manager couldn’t care less frankly. No regards for customer spend or loyalty whatsoever. Left me with no front tooth & no regard for the money I’ve spent with them in the past. Practice manager promised she’d ring me back after I complained & that was over a week ago & I've still heard nothing. Atrocious. Avoid this practice at all costs.”

   I had an emergency appointment through NHS 111 with Isabelle this week to assess and temporarily fill a broken tooth. I had never been to this dental practice before, but she was very warm and reassuring, and I felt completely relaxed and confident in her abilities. She talked me through each step, and was clear in her advice. I have since been to another dentist for a longer term fix, and they commended her work on my tooth. Thank you, Isabelle.

   Share Destiny Rose's comments totally. What a lovely young professional Isabelle is! Very relieved to have found such a great new dentist. Would be 5 stars if waiting area hadn't been so busy. But Isabelle it was who opened the windows to provide some much needed ventilation in these Covid times. On my second visit I was even more impressed. Isabelle took my concerns about the procedure I was to have very seriously, and did all she could to reassure me and make sure I was relaxed. She was brilliant. I couldn't recommend her highly enough!
