Absolutely exceptional !!! From receptionist to dental team so professional and put me at ease . Identified my issue straight away and I was taken care of so well. Everything explained and minimal if not any discomfort. I was seen and home within an hour !! . The team were exceptional !!!!!!!
Dental staff were great. Admin staff, I found terrible. Looked at me wierd and questioned me about who I was & my relationship to my daughter as I "don't look indian" happened on more than one occasion. Disgusted at the service for a multicultural dental practice.
DENTIST FROM HELL I had an absolutely terrible experience at this dentist, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. From the moment I walked in, the reception staff were rude and dismissive, making me feel like an inconvenience rather than a patient. Unfortunately, things only got worse once I was called in. The woman who saw me barely spoke throughout the appointment and immediately began picking at my teeth. The pain was unbearable, and despite the fact I was visibly crying, she showed no concern or care for my distress. At the end of the appointment, she tossed me a prescription form for antibiotics. When I asked if I had an infection, she gave me a brief “yeah” and walked out of the room without offering any further explanation or guidance. The complete lack of professionalism, compassion, and basic communication at this practice is appalling. I left feeling ignored and mistreated. This was by far the worst dental experience I’ve ever had, and I would urge others to avoid this practice.
Had an emergency dental appointment today. Was absolutely dreading it due to the negative reviews but I can assure you, I had the best experience.Please don't let these reviews put you off. First off the receptionist was lovely,very friendly and helpful. Then I saw 2 lovely dentists (I'm sorry I didn't get their names) but I mentioned straight away that I was nervous and they were so nice and made me feel very calm. I would happily move my dentist to here permanently.Overall very good experience.
Absolutely brilliant I can’t fault the service at all.Everyone was professional and helpful, I was given advice on what treatment options I had by the lovely dentist and I am now pain free what more could you ask for on a Saturday morning!!
Easily the best dental experience I’ve ever had. I went in for an emergency appointment and ended up getting a wisdom tooth removed, the extraction went smoothly, the anaesthetic was placed so well, only my gums and a bit of my cheek were numb, it wore off almost entirely in 30 mins. After it wore off I had no pain, no swelling just tenderness. 10/10 would recommend.
Quite simply the worst and rudest dentist I've ever had the misfortune to meet. They shamed me, belittled me and disregarded everything I said. I was in major pain with 3 broken teeth to be extracted but after humiliating me and not showing me my x-ray, it was decided that all they needed was "A Good Clean", followed by two agonising minutes of her yanking the very teeth I was complaining about whilst tapping them to see which ones hurt the most. I left with a mouth full of blood and in more pain than when I entered. You'll be hearing from my solicitors.
Would give 0 stars if i could. Absolutely useless. Haven’t ate or slept in 2 days due to a bad tooth and they didn’t help one bit. Dentist was very rough even after being told i’m very nervous then went on to tell me they couldn’t do anything unless i waited a few weeks and paid £60-£70. Do not recommend avoid if possible.
The friendliest dental surgery I have ever visited! The dentist and nurse were professional and caring and the receptionist was even kind enough to offer the patients water on arrival. A big thank you is due!
