Chris and Sophie put me at ease and were very friendly as well as being professional. They explained everything they were doing as they went along. There was a degree of difficulty in my extraction but Chris managed it expertly. I have had no problems since and followed all their advice. Thank you.
From the time you walk through the doors you are greeted by a very friendly receptionist who outlines what will happen and escorts you to a very comfortable waiting room. Then nurse Sophie came to collect me and walk me through to the wonderful mr Ayman. Such a good team these two, both took my nerves away mr Ayman explained the whole procedure to me and I really was conscious as he explained but couldn’t remember actually having the very large tooth with a very curved root extracted ! I was so awake and chatty afterwards! Lovely people ❤️
Bristol Dental Anaesthetic Clinic were recommended by my dentist. I am an anxious dental patient due to dental experiences as a child in the 60/70s. Dr Ayman and Nurse D’arcey were both reassuring and professional, their calm approach eased any nerves I had. I would recommend the clinic, without question. From meeting the welcoming receptionist and the nurse in the recovery room, following the procedure, you all form a wonderful team.
I am absolutely petrified of dentists but soon as I walked into the building the receptionist made me so welcome and the comfy sofas in the waiting room are great. My dentist Dr Ayman and Nurse D’Arcy were so lovely and made me feel at ease. I spoke to the Dr about something I had done the day before which then I must of fell asleep. This is my second visit here and both times I’ve had a comfortable experience.
Kate and Danielle were both fantastic. Kate made my daughter feel very relaxed and calm (and myself, as I think I was the more nervous one!) Both ladies brilliant throughout my daughter’s treatment. My daughter was also very well looked after when recovering from her appointment. Would highly recommend
My appointment was made by my dentist. The staff at the Bupa Clinic were friendly and courteous. The dentist, Mr Skerrett was informative and concise about my procedure. I became a patient here about two years ago, I have/had really bad dentist anxiety. I would say I no longer have extreme anxiety before and during appointments, just the normal kind of level, and I appreciate how supportive and understanding my dentist has been with me.
A great place for nervous patients with a dental phobia, because unlike many other practices, sedation is provided. Sympathetic and understanding staff who spend time explaining your treatment and putting you at ease. Would definitely recommend!
Was so anxious to have my wisdom teeth out but right from my arrival staff were so friendly and attentive! The dentist I saw and his dental nurse were so friendly, had some good banter and even asked me what music I wanted during my extraction! Everything was explained clearly and they talked me through the procedure and what happens next! Honestly couldn’t recommend this clinic enough especially if you’ve had traumatic experiences or anxiety towards dentists before.
As someone who is extremely anxious and was nervous about my dental procedure, the staff were brilliant at making me feel relaxed. The environment is really calming and clean. The procedures are done efficiently but with excellent quality. I was quite nervous about sedation but I felt at ease with the staff and it was really relaxing, didn't feel a thing and sedation actually felt quite nice! Would highly recommend this place for any dental treatment, and especially the use of sedation!! They were also great at supporting me after an initial appointment, plus I found that booking an appointment was effortless!
