   BSW is the place to go for piercings in Wigan i came in a few months ago for my septum pierced and was greeted with amazing customer service from the wonderful Abby who walked me through the variety of jewellery the shop has to offer and helped me feel assured and confident in my decision the entire time, then Chloe took me into the room to get pierced and she was just amazing! She took her time to ensure i felt at ease and was joking and being friendly during the entire process which made me feel far more comfortable then previous shops i have visited who just want you done and gone as quickly as possible! The piercing has healed beautifully with no problems and they assured me that any concerns i may have they are happy to help with in the future! I came back a few months later and got my nostril pierced by Abby this time and again my experience was amazing she ensured that i was completely happy with the position of the dot before piercing and made me feel comfortable throughout the process! This shop is amazing and the girls are welcoming and always happy to help, they offer two different types of aftercare and explain thoroughly how to apply each for the best results and just ensure you have a full understanding and are confident on what to do when you leave the shop. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and will be returning for all future piercings, because of these two brilliant girls!

   I have been going here for years for peircings, my nostril and belly healed brill, they were done by josh ages ago, however, recently new staff have taken over and i've had my rook, which took forever to heal, it was constantly getting infected after using their healing and being very careful about sleeping and knocking it, the same has happened with my floating helix and this is still acting like it's freshly pierced after 4-5 months. the jewellery for this was also shocking quality, dulled almost instantly after getting it wet in the shower and constantly fell out to the point i had to get a new one. also, the prices are constantly going up while the quality goes down

   Honestly, amazing piercing shop had 4 piercings from here nose, lip, 2 earlobes. no infection or nothing, healing care is amazing, The staff is really nice. The money is worth it. Best piercing shop I've ever been too. Defiantly need to go again for another one from here it's brilliant.

   1000% recommend, an amazing place to get affordable piercings, quality care and great advice on jewellery and styles. The lovely Abby helped me choose out a piece of jewelry to suit me best giving me the best information on all, Size, material, shape and comfort to suit me best. And Chloe did amazing with the piercing, keeping me calm and informed each step of the way. Also great aftercare and aftercare advice. Will 100% return for all future piercings!!

   Had my ear pierced at the top and it’s honestly been the most painful thing ever since day one it’s been swelled up taken out after a week 35 pounds so not cheap wouldn’t go back again for a piercing it’s put me off for life

   Brought my daughter for her ears pierced, the piercer was friendly and very calm with my daughter and giving the fact she has ADHD he managed to make her feel safe and secure throughout the whole process! Highly recommend!

   Went in to buy a nose ring & the piercer and lady behind the till both thought it was okay to comment on my mums freshly pierced septum saying that it was wonky, when we never asked for their opinion? i have been here for 2 helix piercings in the past and both of them where pierced wonky and incorrectly, I will not be going here again.
