Highly recommend the paediatric dental services here. Both my kids now say they actually enjoy going to the dentist! Sarah Tukmachi and the dental nurse are lovely, really patient and kind to the children, include them sensitively and respectfully in conversations regarding treatment plans. A dental extraction was carried out for my 11 year old with so much care and kindness shown towards her. Really impressed with the whole service, from the telephone reminders of appointments, the reception team to the dentist and orthodontist themselves. Thank you! My 11 year old would like to add: I loved it there! They let me look at the things they were using and told me when they were going to do something so it wasn't a surprise, and they told me to just say when I wanted a break. They also let me look at the X ray which was fascinating and they told me what everything was doing and answered all of my questions.
Brilliant, My son was referred by NHS to have two healthy teeth removed, as they had not come through. Decided to book consultation here and am delighted as they will be fitting braces to encourage the teeth through, and not unnecessarily take them out for him to have gaps. Also starting orthodontics with my daughter and both are being fitted with braces in two weeks. Am over the moon Thank you
I have been having Invisalign treatment with Dr Clare McNamara over the last 9 months and the service from Clare & the whole team has been excellent. I had very thorough assessment initially, and was then given a letter transparently outlining the costs and details of different options for my dental care. I never felt I was being ‘sold’ one approach over another, instead I felt that I was in safe, experienced hands and was able to make the right choice for me with Claire’s knowledge and honest guidance. Along the whole process I’ve felt my dental care has bern carefully tailored to me as an individual, and it feels that the team are genuinely delighted to see patients happy with their results. All the staff at the practice are welcoming and professional, and booking appointments is seamless and efficient. Amazing experience and staff. Can’t recommend highly enough. Looked absolutely everywhere for a centre that could offer orthodontic intervention treatment for my 11 year old Daughter as the NHS simply advised we would need to wait a year or two. I’ve had such a great experience with the Specialist Dental & Implant Centre. I saw Clare for my Invisalign treatment, and from the first appointment, right through to the end she made me feel comfortable and excited about the process. She was clear with what the Invisalign journey would look like, upfront with the costs, and whenever I had any questions she answered them quickly and in full. Courtney always ensured I had appointments to fit around my schedule which was really helpful.
