Visited for an emergency appointment after being unable to eat on my left side. Anastasija and Izzy were very friendly and guided me through the procedure at all points. Both a credit to your team!
Really disappointed in the service i have received. I booked in (and spent a lot of money) to get my teeth cleaned to be told that they had run out of time and that I needed to book another appointment to finish it (another big cost) Not what I expect from a private clinic at all and have never experienced this anywhere else, I always come away with having teeth cleaned and polished and to leave without the final touches is very disappointing. It felt rushed and perhaps if so long wasn't spent telling me how to brush my teeth (i've been doing it since i was a child) then there may have been time to complete the job.
I can highly recommend this Dental Practice for the 5 class service I have recently received. I have been a patient of this practice for a number of years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. From the moment you enter the practice you are greeted by the most friendly reception team. Annie makes you feel at ease throughout the whole appointment and explains treatment in great detail to make you feel included in the decision making. I would Highly recommended this Dental Practice to anyone looking for a new Dentist.
I cannot recommend Clifton Down Dental Practice highly enough! My 5-year-old son, Teddy, needed a tooth extraction and was awaiting a referral to be put to sleep … something I was really hesitant about, but it seemed necessary at the time. We'd been to other dentists who couldn’t even get an X-ray, let alone attempt an extraction, because he was so anxious. Then we came to Clifton Down and met Anastasija (the dentist) and Kayley (the dental nurse), and they were absolutely incredible from the moment we walked in. They welcomed us so warmly and explained everything to Teddy step by step in a way he could understand. They gave him breaks whenever he needed, reassured him when he felt nervous, and somehow managed to do the extraction successfully all while keeping him calm and comfortable. The best part? Teddy still loves the dentist after the experience and has no fear around future visits, which as a parent is honestly amazing. Both Anastasija and Kayley were not only fantastic with Teddy but also so kind and supportive to me when I was feeling anxious. I’m beyond grateful and truly impressed thank you so much!

This review is about 7 years to late, as I joined the practice then and haven’t looked back! I have been blessed to have Ediz as my dentist. When I first came to the practice, I absolutely hated going to the dentist as my previous dentist was fundamentally a sadist who I swear enjoyed inducing pain on people. Ediz was ever so patient and caring with me to ensure that the procedure was carried out pain free and has worked with me over the years to cure my fear of dentists. When I sit in the chair now, I’m calm and relaxed while I have any procedures done. My teeth were in a bad way when I joined but with the help of Ediz and my hygienist we have worked together to improve my oral hygiene and now my teeth are healthy and I no longer need much work done to them. I can’t thank Ediz and his team enough and I would highly recommend this practice to anyone!
This is a truly incredible dental practice. Every team member goes above and beyond to ensure that my visit goes to plan. I receive calls the following day to check that my treatment has been OK and that I am not in any discomfort. The reception team are fantastic, very welcoming and remember your name- a very personal approach. The nurses take great care of you during your appointment and always come out to say hello if they see me in the waiting, which is so kind. The dentists will always make sure to explain the treatment and the cost, and i am happy to pay the private fees knowing I am able to speak to the dentist directly whenever I need to. I highly recommend this practice to everyone I speak to, and could not wish for a better practice to visit. Thank you to everyone at Clifton Down Dental Practice!
My son and I have attended this practice for over 15 years and have always had the best of treatment. We always see Annie and she is kind,caring and very gentle ! I am happy to pay private prices knowing I always get a top class service. Recommend to all my friends.
