Invisalign treatment with Keith has been brilliant, the initial consultation was straight forward with all the details explained carefully. Appointments are easily booked and plenty of availability which helped massively with my work schedule. I've had orthodontic treatment before but my teeth moved over time, he assessed my roots and with his experience he was happy to go ahead and I trust him completely. So I highly recommended him and his team!
Keith and Leanne were fantastic throughout the whole course of my Invisalign treatment. They were both very personable and friendly, making every appointment relaxed, easy, and stress free. I'm really pleased with the results of the treatment and would definitely recommend it, and the surgery, to anyone.

Fantastic first experience at this dental practice. Smooth booking service with forms completed online prior to the appointment. Reception staff were warm and welcoming. The dentist was great too. Took the time to fully explain different dental hygiene advice and carried out a full examination. He even took the time to explain the X-ray scans to me. Will be recommending this dental practice to family and friends. Thank you for such great customer service!
I've always found the people here to be most helpful, but today they excelled themselves. I had a piece of tooth drop off over the weekend, I called first thing and explained that I had to fly to France on Friday for my daughter's wedding and asked if at least a temporary filling could be made. I was asked if I could make it for 10am, I said yes, by 10:15 I was walking out with a permanent filling having been made. Thanks to all at the surgery, Wallace (my dentist) and the always helpful receptionists.
I have been using this dental practice for many years, and just want to say what excellent treatment I have had from Dr Ashrif Parker. What he has done today has been truly amazing. Cannot recommend this practice highly enough.
This is not the place to go if you have a genuine fear of needles. The nurse was excellent (and one of the receptionists) but the dentist should find another career because empathy and compassion are not emotions he possesses.... at all. I’ve had an extraction before, it wasn’t pleasant obviously and apart from the discomfort of the pressure, there was no pain. This time, the pain was excruciating and I’m in far more pain now than when I went in. If I wasn’t in so much pain, I would have waited for an appointment at the Promenade. The young lady dentist there was incredible
