   Niki is a brilliant professional. I was very nervous about getting a second piercing in my ear lobe but she explained the full process in detail and went through each step with me providing reassurances as we moved through the process. I had so many questions and she was extremely patient answering them all. My piercing has healed beautifully and I love it. Thanks Niki. Highly recommend this studio. It’s a lovely calm oasis in Wrexham!

   Both myself and my daughter have been to crystal piercing on several occasions for piercings. We are both extremely anxious clients and every visit Niki has eased our anxiety immediately with her warm, friendly welcoming professional approach. She provides a calm environment and allows you to discuss and browse all jewellery providing information alongside. Niki has a separate room where she performs the piercings. This is highly immaculately clean and has a therapeutic feel. Everything is sterile and niki has very high standards in regards to hygiene in herself also. The piercings themselves are done with niki talking you through everything. She helps to calm you down and uses breathing techniques to lessen any pain and eases your anxiety instantly. Piercings and jewellery are reasonably priced and she only uses good quality jewellery. What is different about crystal piercings? You get full aftercare which isn't for a few days this goes beyond. I feel its a lifetime care. You can message niki 100 x and no question is to silly. The best studio to work with disabilities whether its physical or hidden. No judgements your treated with respect and niki takes her time in really listening to each client.
