   I have autism and extremely sensitive to touch, alongside a bad needle phobia. Normally takes me 5 appointments to get blood work done Mo and Nicolette amazed me with not only being gentle but sensitive to my needs. They explained th situation, let me see the needle, and even made me laugh. The needle didn’t even hurt one bit which massively surprised me. Throughout the appointment they have been nothing but thoughtfulC patient an caring. For someone who hates being touched or injections they made this super easy, quick and painless. Which shocking!! They made me so relaxed an Nicolette was caring- noticing my anxious body lanaiage and making sure I was comfortable throughout Mo was efficient and quick but did such an amazing job. He is gentle and caring talking me tho the process Thank you so much

   I was absolutely terrified of the dentist, I had to be sedated for every procedure. I have visited the Houston group in Nailsea for the first time and was able to have an hour's worth of treatment including an extraction with no sedation whatsoever thanks to Mo & Christine. Gone are my days of having to be sent to the hospital for procedures, I can't thank Mo enough for putting me at ease and giving me the treatment and support I so desperately needed.

   had fantastic treatment by Mo made me feel at ease and he was very patient with me as i have hearing prob did a great job of my broken tooth such a lovely frendly guy. also saw hygenist hashim did very good job very friendly , everybody at houston nailsea are very friendly and make you very at ease if you are a nervous patient. Thank you to everyone who has helped me.

   Useless I had a merryland bridge fitted . It fell out after two weeks . Second time it fell out I called them and they couldn't get me in for three months . In the meantime I went to Poland and got it done professionally and it looks great. Houston and most NHS dentists are a complete waste of time standards are so low , they cancell appointments made 6 months piar they have no pride I eat they do and they basically the Mickey out of people .

   I was booked in this morning for a tooth extraction with Kate Holt. I was a bag of nerves and have been dreading this. Kate and her assistant were amazing. They put me at ease the minute i walked into the room. Kate explained everything and put me at such ease with her kind and reassuring words that my nerves disappeared and i felt very relaxed. My injection was pain free after she had applied the 'magic gel'. Two minutes later my tooth was out. I felt nothing and was still waiting for her to begin! I was in shock that it was out so quickly and pain free. Never again will i worry about a tooth extraction, i wish i had it taken out ages ago now. Kate was fantastic, very professional, kind and caring. Her assistant deserves a mention too as she put me at ease and helped me relax. I still cannot believe how easy it was. Thank you so much, i will never worry again as long as i can see Kate!

   I am a very nervous patient who requires quite a lot of dental work. Kate is a wonderful dentist who is always kind and patient and goes at my pace and makes me feel so comfortable when there. Paula always answers the phone in a cheery way and nothing is ever too much trouble. I would 100% recommend the practice.

   My dental treatment was amazing! I had thorough checks, an x-ray, a second opinion from another nurse as well as some work done on my tooth. This isn't my usual dental practice as I was booked in for an urgent appointment. The dentists were so friendly, welcoming and professional. They explained everything so well, answered any questions I had and were so caring. They made a referral for me and explained this in great detail too. Best dentists I have ever been seen by! I would give credit to their names, however I don't know them. Such a shame the practice is so far away from me otherwise I would have loved to become a regular patient there!
