Excellent service with a smile. I needed emergency care and was able to see the dentist within hours of phoning up. My issue was solved very efficiently.
I've always hated going to the dentist and avoided it for many years. I joined Teeth for Life as a private patient a couple of years ago and they've been amazing. I always see Rebecca who is so warm and welcoming, and very upstanding. The service is always amazing from her, the nurses and reception.
As always, a lovely greeting from Helen on the reception desk, followed by the very capable Becky providing the dental treatment. Both Becky and her dental assistant Emily, take their time to inform and reassure patients throughout procedures. The whole “Teeth for Life” Magor family are a real asset to our village.
Always friendly and welcoming. Made going to the dentist much less of a worry. I’m speaking as someone who remembers Scottish dentistry from the 1950s and 60s! Been with the practice around 40 years in its various identities. Highly recommended.
Always had a great experience with this practice, I venture further out than I would usually to visit Teeth for life. All the the staff are friendly and professional and my teeth are much better for it. Five stars no question.
Deregistered because I didn't visit during the pandemic. No notification given. Extremely disappointed that they aren't supporting people in this time.
Had to use this Dental Practice as an emergency patient. Everyone from the reception staff, and especially the dentist who treated me were absolutely lovely and so caring. They instantly realised how much pain and discomfort I was in, and the most important thing seemed to be from her was to do something to help ease that pain as well as investigating what the cause of my problem was. Even though I live in Newport, I would be more than willing to join and sign up with this practice. Residents of Caldicot and surrounding arras, you are so lucy and fortunate to have a place like this on your doorstep. Don't abuse it, and look after it. Thank you so, so much Teeth for Life
An excellent, friendly dental practice. Appointment times are always set to the type of work you're having done, meaning patient appointments run to-time. The staff are professional and friendly. I've never had any discomfort or pain whilst having work done. Highly recommended!
