   From the moment I arrived at the reception through my visit with Dentist Becky then my appointment with hygienist Dawn and the wonderful Rachel I was made to feel very relaxed and welcome, then back to the lovely Helen on reception, it's actually a pleasure to visit my dentist she's a definite asset to the practice. All in all a very pleasurable experience.

   Adam and Dawn have our best interests at heart. However, the Denplan changes have not been clearly explained. I understand that we will need to pay more each month but the complexity has not been explained. This could have been handled better.
