Awful company, No integrity, no ethics..!! after all, they are nasty enforcement agents..! A guy walks in with an A4 printed paper and asking for a very large sum of money or threatening to take possession of goods. The guy changed their tone when asked whether their office served any correspondence 7 clear days before the enforcement agent walked in to threaten. They should follow certain rules - I recommend people to educate yourself and put up against these bailiffs. After all, these companies do not follow the law or rules; they play by creating fear and playing games. Later, it found that these bailiffs are after to collect money owned by someone else who used this address, such a disgusting thing…!!

Their bailiff served two notices 5 weeks apart each other but both were settled immediately so there weren't any enforcement fee on either notice. Those inside of the office tried to get me to pay £400 enforcement fee on unit 106 and when that didn't worked they are now trying to get the same fee for unit 108 when the notice clearly stated enforcement fee: £0.00. Lol and this company acting on behave of Greenwich Council.

This company practically conned and stole my car. Several years ago I had a parking fine, that escalated to £125.00. These balliffs used to come and drop letters saying that visited without knocking in the very early morning 7am! Increasing their attendance fee by £300 a visit. My eventual bill was £825. They came in the very early hours of the morning after I left to take my childto nursery. When return the car was gone. I tried talking to them to come to a payment plan which they always refused. As a new mother, I needed my car. My mother loaned me the money and paid the £800+ in full. They then claimed I owed them an additional £125 for storage, as they were going to sell my car at auction. After paying over £800. I believe they saw this as an indication I had more money they could get and just added this charge. My car contained my baby set, my asthma medication, all of which I pleaded to have back, but there refused saying I would have to travel to their offices out of London to collect myself. This was impossible and lead to extreme stress and mental breakdown. They were cold, uncaring and sneaky. And effectively held my car to ransom after receiving the bill paid in full. I have hoped for many years their unscrupulous handling would have put them out of business. I really hope no one else has an experience like mine. And check the times they sneakily push letters in your door to increase their charges!

customer service initially good , to set up payment plan But... when asked if they do direct debit or CPA on agreed payment date was told no. inevitably forgot my last payment no reminders, letters emails nothing. 5 days after due payment, was clamped Mr osman phoned an hour later asvising had clamped and to pay £374 to release car. The fact you could phone to advise you had clamped makes me question why you could not contact about a 5 day missed payment, Number of mr osman was slapped on my window, so.could have waited for me to contact. But a guess because you are now making profit you want to make contact. In the current climate, not exactly fair is it, also in this day and age not having direct debit set up or CPA is a total joke, i guess this is how this company makes there money. as we no reminder or automatic payment method this is there way of making money relying on customer to forget. Total con artist. and not to mention i paid immediatly after speaking to Mr Osman 7.30am and it took him until 8.58 am to come and take it off even though i had stressed my work committments. quick to clamp to get money but slow to actually remove clamp. leading to loss of earnings disgraceful.

I don't like enforcement companies as a rule, but noticed they get probably an unfair go at the Reviews so I can say I spoke to Whyte & Co earlier and they were amenable, pleasant, and as helpful as they could be. All one could ask for with such a terrible job to have to do.

Disgusting company! They forced their way into my friends flat at 6am. She is heavily pregnant and has 2 young children. Bailiffs are not allowed entry when young children are present and especially when they have special needs. The debt is for the previous tenant but they didn't seem to care about that. She even offered proof which they wernt interested in. You lot need to start replying to the reviews on here. People want answers

They keep sending their bailiff to collect money owed by the previous tenants. They asked me to prove that I'm not them (guilty until proven innocent, Mr. Whyte?), then ignored my proof and kept sending their bailiff to harass me. They don't answer the phone, they don't answer emails, and the bailiff is rude. A rubbish company, I fear I will end up calling 999 on them.
