   The pools website is the least user friendly thing I have ever come across. You need to sign up for it and then get the member ID they ask for so many details to go for a swim? Then the price is so unclear do I have to pay £18.50 or £7.00? Makes no sense. Please fix your website

   I read the reviews after I had booked which I'm glad of as it may have put me off and we would have missed out on such a fun day out. Friendly staff and very well organised, pool not over crowded. Plenty of floats available for any non swimmers to give them some confidence in the water. Flumes were fun. Changing rooms fine and lockers available for a returnable 50p coin. Personally I was impressed with the normal size hairdryer that dried our hair quickly rather than the standard changing room ones that take forever, these were free to use. Definitely will visit again.

   5 stars for jenny at reception who was so kind and helpful, and leant me 50p of her own money. Thanks for such a great service and our wee lad loved the pool and slide.

   Bitterly disappointed to have travelled here for the flume experience to discover that the flumes wouldn’t be on during our visit. They still wanted £25 entry for a family of 5. Price should be reduced if you can’t experience everything within the pool. We chose to just leave and take kids elsewhere for fun and food .

   Fantastic pool very clean and the water is nice and warm, the staff were super friendly as we accidentally booked wrong location and a lovely lady called innes sorted it out for us so there was no disappointment kids!
