This was my first rental property, so naturally I had a lot of questions, but the team made the whole process far less stressful than I expected.    Avoid this company waste of time too expensive they cost me two customers. I couldn’t sell my business because of the prices if you are third-party, they put any price they want. Because the more the landlord it is on the side and plus it took them long time to get an answer from them rip-off

   Very disappointed with the communication of this company very slow. It’s been more than two weeks since the last correspondence they don’t take things seriously my solicitor tried to contact them several times to proceed with lease matter my case was passed from one solicitor to another in total it’s been three weeks. Nothing has been done. I lost the first person who was interested in the property and I’m about going to lose the second person. I will give them a chance till Monday otherwise I will change my review to 1 star. But if I were, you, dont choose this company they will slow you down.

   The worst solicitor we ever had to deal with. Horrible experience, no communication, not answering calls, constant delays, lack of skills and knowledge to manage simple things and enquiries being raised last second, putting the whole purchase in jeopardy. Disaster from the first day all the way to completion. Not impressed with Abby. Avoid!!!
