   We used NMD for two residential house purchases over the past few years, both were complicated for different reasons and NMD worked hard to ensure they were as efficient as possible. The first purchase required a quick turnaround time and we were amazed that they pulled it off within 3 weeks! The second time involved complications with a new build which was off grid and there were many legal challenges because of this. We were certainly challenging clients due to our impatience but NMD treated us with professionalism and respect and catered to our anxieties. They kept us well informed and managed our expectations, giving us realistic ideas about timescales and a thorough understanding of all of the steps in the process.
