   I was purchasing a property and the seller instructed Ashwin Patel from GPT Law practice. My solicitor was also london based, so the process had a few delays but was expected due to the end of covid in site and many businesses were starting to work back from the offices including local authorities etc. The property i was purchasing had a few challenges and which in my experience required specialist Solicitors for complex leases and freeholds etc, also I have many years experience as an estate agent, so i know the process well. I spoke with Ashwin on a number of occasions and I found him to be very professional and helpful, I also spoke with the reception team who were again very professional. Overall Ashwin and my solicitor sealed the deal and completed my purchase. It's worth noting, I'm quite a distance from London, so communication was important on this transaction.I would like to thank Ashwin Patel personally and I highly recommend GPT Law Practice in London as they are one of the best law firms in the country.    *** AVOID *** | Kantilal A Patel is acting on behalf of our vendor, sale agreed Monday 25th July 2022, we have not received one line of communication some 12 weeks on! Never answers telephone calls, receptionist always on Voicemail, colleagues have also tried to reach out to him and no success! We’ve sent in excess of 10 emails all which have been received and read by Kantilal A Patel but not one reply however hard we try to appeal for his attention. The current buyer is in complete despair including the buyers solicitor who also hasn’t received any communication. I’m not keen on writing detrimental reviews on any business without having the opportunity to discuss and resolve but in this case it has been impossible!
