I experienced the most unsympathetic, uncaring and unprofessional service from Chloe Abbot at Brett Holt. She made a number of bad mistakes with my divorce which has cost me dearly, both financially and mentally. The errors she made were very basic, fundamental ones that even a trainee could have got right. On complaining, I did not even receive an apology from her, despite agreement that mistakes were made. Overall, very poor treatment.
Having previously used another firm for my divorce, I decided I need to change solicitors so moved to Brett Holt and used Chloe. Simply put, she is amazing and I wouldn't be without her. The advice I have received has been excellent and got me out of several tricky situations. I have had to go to court several times and every single time I've come out happy. She's got my divorce through and acted for me on several family matters, all whilst dealing with a rather irascible and irrational ex-husband very professionally.
