   Absolutely terrible. One lady runs the company and she is also the solicitor. A very bad one at that! So if you have a complaint about her it goes to her! There was barely any communication. The staff had not taken correct contact details down therefore I had 0 correspondence from my solicitor leading to a hearing, despite the fact she herself had my number and email that was correct as she made contact with me previously. Due to this I was not informed of a hearing I was supposed to be at. She called me when there asking where I was like I knew anything about it. They was really rude when speaking to me over the phone. Fortunately without my presence the evidence submitted was enough to win my case that day. But the stress caused was horrific. And the way it was handled thereafter completely unacceptable. I would advise against this company if you are a legal aid client looking for a good firm to support you.

   Dont ever use this solicitors, i got advised that they are good for domestic abuse and they most definitely are not! Didn’t even inform me that my court date was happening then called me after, didn't explain to me that there’s a threshold even if you are on universal credit and then bullied me into paying £900 in a lump sum and was lying about everything they said. I am a single mum of 2 young children and had just fleed from my abuser they are absolutely disgusting.

   Very big luck of communication! I was feeling like i am disturbing any time i had to ask something about my husband case, being the one who pay for the services and dealing with the situation. Important documents being sent to the wrong adress etc etc. Is a no for me ! When i am paying for a service i am expecting to be answerrd to my questions no to be questioned on why i am asking.
