   Definitely use CarterBond again!!! From the initial introduction, to the relatively simpler administrative tasks, all the way through to the last few weeks before the sale of my dental practice completed, notably Ifath and her team, they were exceptional. Efficient in their own actions, individually, and as a team, working with me, providing me expert support, guidance, and working with the other party’s solicitors, regularly chasing them up, (rather than CarterBond being chased!) It was a tough process but it woukd have been much harder without their support. The costs (no-one decent will be cheap!) are overshadowed by their ability to really but quietly go all out to strive towards the end goal. Because they're all very approachable and down to earth, it didn't feel that talking to them was hard. And they’d feel comfortable even advising me of whats reasonable rather than allowing me to get them to fight a pointless argument. THEY’RE SO GOID THAT I EVEN RECOMMENDED THEM TO THE ORHER PARTY

With such a limited time frame to get the deal over the line, their superb team lead by Kate Beech and Paul Harris were fantastic. They were very clear, direct and to the point, and worked tirelessly throughout, never once dropping their performance levels. We really appreciated their flexibility and approachability in dealing with whatever came their way. Some things are not always in their hands and can be unpredictable, but never once was there a sense of panic in their ranks and with the task at hand.    I needed to obtain Independent Legal Advice for the purposes of obtaining a mortgage for a limited company. My local solicitors had raised their ILA price by 100% of which I was recommended to ILA by a trusted forum. I decided to jump for it and made a booking for a suitable time. I watched the video which was very informative. I then spoke to Katie Horrod who was brilliant. She was polite, courteous, and gave me good advice. The only thing they can't do is witnessing you and your witness signatures. However this was not a problem for my lender and I posted the signed documents to Katie. She then signed the Deed of Guarantee document and sent it off to my conveyancing solicitor. All in all, very happy with them. I will definitely use them again. Thank you for your excellent service.

   If you're buying a pharmacy, do not make a mistake and not choose Carter Bond as your solicitors. Reena, as well as her team, have been a calming influence and have guided me along the way completely. Even with the complications that inevitably came along with a pharmacy purchase they stayed calm and worked extremely professionally.
