   What I was quoted went up forty percent at the end .The person I was dealing with was rude to me on numerous occasions.Met Vincent and thought he was ok but when he realised I wasn’t wealthy he told me “ I didn’t have a pot to p in” Got off the phone from him feeling like dirt . Maybe they speak to clients like this in Cardiff .But here he could have some manners .
