   We have recently completed a house sell and purchase with a long chain and many complications. A huge thank you to Reshma Patel who helped us to steer through this successfully. This is our second house purchase and just like last time, we chose to have Reshma as our property solicitor and again it's been proved that she's the best one we have ever come across! Reshma is a cool, calm and composed person with high professional standards, service and expertise. Her attention to details and knowledge is amazing. We had a lot of issues along the chain - the estate agent was playing double side, 3 buyers fell through due to affordability issues, other parties' solicitors were not efficient enough - in all these, Reshma was always on top of things, she worked with us on every step and guided us to the right direction. We didn't have to care about the legal side of this chain as we knew she'd handle it well and she did great! She's always reachable and very responsive too - for us as her clients and other parties involved. She cares and always keeps her client's best interest at heart. Even after the sale/purchase was completed, she kept us informed about important things. Her team too is very supportive and friendly.
