I have always found Devi to be friendly, knowledgeable and professional. She has dealt with a number of property transactions for us and I wouldn't use anyone else. It's a completely different experience to the "call centre" type conveyancing that the estate agents try to push onto customers (and I have used in the past). Being able to email and speak to your solicitor directly, whenever you need to, is invaluable and definitely the "frustration free" option.
