   I have used TWM Solicitors in Epsom for some years and have always found them to be caring and supportive. They are very professional and knowledgeable, giving sensible advice, relative to particular circumstances. Their fees are reasonable, well documented and transparent. David Lunn has been of great assistance during my wife’s failing years and has helped me deal with Probate, etc. following her recent death. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

   My sister and I used TWM Solicitors (Epsom) for conveyancing (a house sale) and for the probate process for our father's estate. The service from TWM was excellent, everything was handled quickly, efficiently, and very professionally. Everyone we had dealings with at TWM Solicitors (Epsom) was helpful and approachable. I think what impressed me most was that their communications, by email, telephone or letter, were always so detailed, clear, and precise. I would definitely use TWM Solicitors again, their fees were reasonable, and I think it would be a tough task to find anyone else to match their service.

   I’m so grateful to TWM Epsom Partner Stephen Morris for getting me through an extremely difficult house sale … Stephen is such a warm and friendly lawyer and an expert in his field. I was in such safe hands - he kept me updated and was constantly pushing my sale forward. He was efficient and effective and just a pleasure to deal with throughout. He was supported by Lauren and Isabella who were also incredibly efficient and lovely to deal with and as a result of the 3 of them working so well together, I managed to sell my house and buy my dream house up in Scotland on the same day which is extremely challenging to do with two very different legal systems that do not align. Thank you all so much!

   I am writing this review on behalf of my 90 year old mum who decided leading up to Christmas that she needed to update her will and wanted it done before Christmas. I made contact with TWM on my mums behalf and they were able to make an appointment the next day with David Lunn. The reception were polite and helpful and David was professional and extremely helpful advising me that the only way this could be done was to leave out the postal system. David Lunn was super efficient and with me running around as postman the whole process was completed in 3 days. Amazing customer service and a happy Mum too. Thank you so much David for everything you did. I would not hesitate to recommend this firm and plan on using them myself. GW

   I live in Epsom and needed to make a new Will.Google provided cointact details for local firms. I decided to approach TWM and was delighted to discover David Lunn had joined them. David Lunn had previously advised me with the preparation of a Will in 2007 and also dealt with the probate when my partner died in 2009,.when he worked for a legal practice in Sutton. His advice and guidance at that time was invaluable, his attention to detail, a speedy, efficient service combined with a friendly, professional approach, could not have asked for anything more.My curernt experience working with David Lunn again 13 years later, glad to say he continues to maintain his very high standard of service.    Hello there, To anyone who may end up in the predicament I found myself and my family in end of last year when my Father sadly passed away whilst residing in France, the sheer amount of documents that not only needed counter signatures but help in trying to understand.
