We used this firm to complete our property purchase. Cannot recommend strongly enough, special shout out to David Read who was excellent. We actually were using a different firm first and ended up firing them due to a lack of work, so we do have a direct comparison of two different firms on the same property purchase. I can say with confidence the difference in approach was like night and day! Bowles was a little more expensive but its worth paying for a solicitor that you can have complete confidence in. David worked at a good pace, explained everything clearly, was responsive and communicative, and was very knowledgeable and capable.
