   I was introduced to Howell-Jones Solicitors by the estate agent handling the probate sale of my mother's property, and they exceeded my expectations. I primarily dealt with Lucy, who was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful throughout. She made herself available whenever I had questions and always took the time to explain things clearly. I was kept informed at every stage and felt fully supported during what could have been a stressful process. Emails and calls were answered promptly, and Lucy was always happy to meet face-to-face in the office when needed. The sale completed smoothly, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. I would highly recommend Howell-Jones for conveyancing services.

   I have used Howell-Jones on the purchase of a few properties over the decades, And as ever, my most recent experience was exemplary. Teresa Howarth Shepherded my deal with an ultra professional Engagement - And a lovely human touch. She went above and beyond on the day of exchange, Literally taking her phone with her so she could be on call out of hours to tie everything up. Natasha Cane assisting her with equal expertise and absolutely on point. It was a hellishly difficult deal and I truly believe that without Howell-Jones supporting me we wouldn’t have got through it. I felt Theresa and Natasha were at my side throughout, representing my very best interests (and my sanity!) in a way that you can’t take for granted nowadays. I wouldn’t use any other Conveyancer. Worth every penny (and probably more, seeing as I felt they were as invested as I was!) Really lovely human beings with it too!

Amira was amazing and navigated us through what was an unexpectedly lengthy and complex process. Unfortunately she had to do lots of chasing of other parties, but she stuck with it and remained calm and patient. She was ably assisted by Nathan, who was also great in terms of help and communication. I would happily use their services again.

   Howell Jones, and in particular Amira Hughes and her team, have done us great service over the last three years. This was over two sets of property transactions. The first was the sale of the house of an elderly relative who had died. The other was the sale of our own house in North London and our move to SW London, to be near the family. The second was particularly complex, and handled brilliantly by Amira and her team. We had too many problems to be listed here, but we are now on the home straight with contracts exchanged and the move in ten days. One problem to highlight: at one point we were at risk of fraud. Amira spotted it, advised - and saved us. So thank you, Amira and all your team.

   Amira Hughes was fantastic. She was professional throughout and really great on a personal level too. I had complete trust in her. When my purchase took longer than anticipated (due to a third party), I felt glad I’d gone with her and her fantastic team. She was in regular contact and was always available for me whenever I had a question. I’ve heard of some solicitors being out of contact etc… however, I always had complete faith that Amira was on top of my case, pushing it through and all over the detail. This really helped with the stress levels when things became tricky and I cannot overstate how professional she was. She was also a pleasure to deal with. Five starts… Highly recommended.
