I have used Carter Bells, but specifically Jeanine Hickling who I have worked with on many property transactions. She is outstanding in every way, especially in her forensic attention to detail. If one wants peace of mind in buying or selling a property, Jeanine is wonderful to deal with! She has a very good support team around her as well.
