    (Two years ago) Depends on the solicitor you are assigned. - The one we were assigned was incompetent and made so many errors in the documents and had to be guided. He was also inexperienced and we continued with him as we wanted to complete the process. Overall the reception and admin were helpful but the solicitor was utterly useless. I believe the firm got rid of him.

    I paid for a fixed fee 45 min Ask the Expert, which Phil agreed to do over the phone. He read my documents prior to the call which really helped me to get the most out of our conversation. He explained everything, was very knowledgeable and was happy to answer all of my questions. I would not hesitate to use their services again.

    Aggressive abusive and rude I approached Philip Palmer for his signature of a legal document. He signed my documents but knowingly crossed through parts of my contract that he did not agree with consequently voiding my contract wasting my time and money. He happily took my payment and then refused the next day to refund me for his mistakes. When I questioned him about this he then physically assaulted me and verbally abused me as he lost his temper and threw me out onto the street of his offices. Please be extremely wary of Palmer Solicitors and this man Philip. This is a very dangerous and untrustworthy man that I would most definitely not recommend him to anybody that requires a solicitor. He was reported to the police after this event.
