   I’m sorry to say this was the worst nail experience I’ve had in Bath. The lady who did my nails was unfortunately not professional at all. The shape of my nails was crooked and uneven, and they didn’t match the symmetry of the other nails. She also did a poor job on my cuticles. I got gel nails, and they were bumpy and messy—not smooth at all. My mum was with me and was shocked by the result. She even said, “I don’t need my glasses to see how bad this is.” I left the salon feeling really disappointed and had to go to another salon to get a new set done. The nail technician at the other salon was shocked and asked me where I had them done because the work was so terrible. Although the staff were sweet, welcoming, and even offered complimentary drinks, I can’t recommend this place based on the service I received.

   Rachel did a great job with my make up for a wedding I was attending as a guest. She did it great!!! Very light and natural as I requested her! I would totally recommend the saloon and will be back if I have another wedding!

   I had a wonderful experience at LittleLab on New Year's Eve, I became unexpectedly quite unwell during my make up and the lady who was doing my make up (I think it was Charlotte) was so kind and patient with me and even checked in on me later that night to see how I was doing. I am not local to Bath but would not hesitate to come back or recommend their services to anyone else. Also my make up still managed to look amazing even though I was sweating like I was on a tropical beach!

   I've been quite a few times to Littlelab and I definitely recommend it. I've had my makeup done by Chloe for my birthday - she was amazing, I didn't want to take my makeup off! Charlie has been doing my nails for months now and she is fabulous! The salon is lovely and the girls are professional and friendly!
