My dad and I attended today to organise his will. Kylie Kallay was the solicitor who helped us today I’d highly recommend Kylie. Kylie was kind, compassionate, friendly and informative. DO NOT RECOMMEND - UNPROFESSIONAL AND INCOMPLETE SERVICE PROVIDED! One of the worst services I have received from any company across any sector. Following a positive meeting where I received legal advice for a remortgage extension. Clinton, one of the firm’s directors has since gone onto insinuate that the service he provided did not occur, despite my receipt confirmation proving the contrary. In attempt to clarify my request and address any misunderstanding with a simple call, I was met with unanswered calls, false promises for calls back and a brief, dismissive and inadequate email which did not fulfil the service we agreed and that I paid for!
I have used Bird and Lovibond solicitors in Greenford over the years and will continue to do so whenever I need a solicitor. They are efficient, reliable and professional, as well as very patient, and very kind, and happy to explain things in a way that I have been able to understand. Bird and Lovibond dealt with my late father's estate a few years back which was all undertaken smoothly and in a timely and professional fashion. Recently I had to contact them to help me with a matter in which I needed proof of their previous services and despite it being a few years since we'd had any dealings with each other, Bird and Lovibond couldn't have been more helpful. Usha promptly pulled up my father's file and was able to send through the information I needed on headed paper via email. I can't thank Usha enough for her help and am very impressed at the ease of which my enquiry was handled. Excellent service.
I rang and made enquiry regarding a legal matter, was advised to call in after 2pm today which I attended but to my dismay and shock was told by receptionist that they could not complete legal action which was a simple counter signing. I have since then found a more competent law firm that has completed my action

After spending money with them last year on conveyancing fees and also fees for writing a Will. Today I have been charged £372 to re-write one paragraph of my Will. I feel it’s very extortionate price to pay doubt if I’ll be using them again. You learn your lessons the hard way.
I found Clinton to be very professional and extremely involved in all of the transactions for the sale of my property. He went beyond in helping with the difficult issues I was having with my buyer's solicitor (who was making unreasonable and bizarre requests on my property - Clinton made lots of common sense decisions which saved me a lot of time). He was personable and always contactable, making a stressful process much smoother. Highly recommend.
