Booked for a wedding party! Even with the girls being fully booked on a maniac Saturday they still managed to get all 5 of the bridal squad glammed ,ready for the big day. Such bubbly girls and always make a pamper a pleasure!
I love going to this salon. I have had my nails done, eyebrow waxing and an Indian head massage and they were all very well done. There is a very smooth and easy online booking system. You can also see last minute appointment time available on their Instagram page, I love this. The ladies that work here are all lovely, I’ve had appointments with 3 different employees here and they are all fantastic! I don’t go here on a regular basis because I live in Spain but if this place was local to me I would use it all the time!

Shockingly bad customer service!! They cancelled my appointment when I arrived at salon, leaving me without a wax for my holiday. It had taken around 8 calls to make the appointment in the first place. The only reason I was going there was because I had won a voucher - but I'll never be going back! The only person working there was downright rude. If they are giving away vouchers to try and get more business they should work on their customer service 1st!!!
