Very friendly and professional staff. Moona is very warm and Monica did my eyebrows, amazing clean job and looking sharp! Also got my greys dyed and happy with result :)
Such a waste of a salon this is. I had a haircut from a lady there, just a straight dry cut, haven’t done a proper job at all, I still have my long hair coming out from every corner. They charged me £22, I feel so stupid to go give my hair there, I went in to ask my refund, they can’t refund me it seems and asking me to drop an email to the owner, when the owner itself is talking to me, she is Moona, I spoke to her. I had my graduation plus my vacation my hair was cut in a very improper way, I should have gone into my usual stylist, he wasn’t available last min he just charge me the exact amount but what a service. Please do not go and have a hair cut or anything done in this salon, staff in here does not understand English, I had my hair cut on November 9th and one of their staff trying hard to explain in English saying it’s too late for me to have the refund. Can see why they have their salon in that galleries now. Utter waste of money, I have never left any review on anyone even though I had bad service but this was beyond disappointing, I can’t bare it my hair style is evrything and that’s what makes my face look good. Think 100 times before you go into this salon please. I cannot take pics of the back side. However, I have attached the side part of it.
DO NOT BOOK HERE! they’re lazy scammers. They’ll let you book eyelashes on Treatwell and then when you arrive refuse to do the treatment because you “need a patch test” despite eyelashes not using dye … never needed a patch test for eyelashes before. Joke company and very ugly shop too with no decor.
Today I had a walk in wet cut and blow dry and I'm so happy with the result. I just wanted a trim as I'm growing my hair out and had some face framing layers and my hair looks and feels amazing, I will definitely be returning in the future. Some hairdressers cut so much off your ends even though you tell them you don't want much off, but the lovely hairdresser here did exactly what I asked for and just got rid of the dry ends! My hair looks a lot healthier and she was so friendly.
Went for a trim, waited 30 mins past my appointment time. I wasn’t able to communicate well with the hairdresser sufficiently. I explained what I wanted and then she asked me what I wanted as if I hadn’t just told her. She ended up cutting like feathering into the front even though I said I just wanted the ends trimmed blunt. Also gave running commentary on why my hair is too thin and damaged. I don’t know, it was weird and I couldn’t get out of there fast enough.
ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND FO ANYONE!! I didn’t check the reviews before which was a BIG MISTAKE!! I went in for eyebrow and lip wax, the woman was clearly not confident in what she was doing. My eyebrows were not equal and there were big areas missed on my lip that hadn’t been waxed but the worst bit was , THERE WAS WAX IN MY HAIR!!!!MY HAIR WAS STUCK TOGETHER AND STICKY! Didn’t even receive an apology, the lady acted as if it was something normal and kept smiling and laughing !!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE ,UNACCEPTABLE!!
After 10 years of waxing or threading my eyebrows, this is the worst I have ever had. Eyebrows aren’t twins, not sisters, they’re not even friends. One half of my face looks good, the other half makes me look like a Disney villain. They refused me a refund until I refused to leave the store. Absolutely ruined my face. Use at your own risk
