   From the start we were impressed with Shepherd Harris & Co…our website enquiry was picked up swiftly and from there on Florinda dealt with our sale very efficiently. Matters were complicated as we were selling as Deputies for a relative, and we needed to supply additional documentation to support the sale. Florinda clarified what we needed to do at each step and kept us up to date via phone and email. The sale was completed satisfactorily and in good time.

   I used Shepherd Harris for the sale of my house in March 2025. I was impressed by Alisa, Florinda and Donovan who were assigned to my sale. I have purchased and sold properties in the past but never had the pleasant experience I had with Shepherd Harris. They were friendly, helpful, efficient and most of all responsive! My property sale from start to completion was 11 weeks and yes, I had a short chain but if the team were anything like my last experience with a solicitor, I would not have had such a quick sale. I can’t thank Shepherd Harris for making a process that can be tortuous to be almost stress free. I definitely recommend them.
