   On 3 occasions now I’ve used Angel Law and all three times they have fitted me in with very short notice and been exceptional. Grace was very efficient and friendly, and Chris was fantastic. Not only did they provide me with a witness to certify documents (which most solicitors don’t even do nowadays) but they also gave me mortgage advise on the spot with a very very fair fee compared to other solicitors in london and Angel. I would highly highly recommend the use of Angel Law and again a huge thank you to both Grace and Chris. I would highly recommend

   We’ve used Chris and his team at Angel law for our past four house purchases and sales, over the last 15 years. Most recently they helped us navigate repatriation and house purchasing a which had some complicated Stamp Duty laws - Chris helped us understand this really easily and we managed to get a large amount reimbursed after 6 months. They’ve always been very professional and timely and kept us up to date. All costs are clear and easy to understand and we’ve been very happy with their service that we’ll use them again for our next move. ---- We're currently using Angel law again, who have proven to be very adaptive and progressive, after our seller pulled out.

   I used Angel Law for a complicated property purchase transaction. Chris and Aigle were very detailed, explained the process thoroughly, and provided advice and guidance. They took the initiative to chase vendor's solicitor and were very responsive to my queries. Chris identified an issue with the lease and insisted on a deed of variation to protect my interests. Although it was complicated and would have been easier for him to give up, he followed through and we got it done. I would not hesitate to use them for any future transaction.

   My wife used Angel law service for two commercial property transactions, an end of and a new lease. Both cases where difficult to deal with, one because of an aggressive counterpart and the second because of a change of use dependency. Chris brilliantly managed both and my wife finally got a proper commercial lease agreement without all the caveats of the first that caused her so many problems. If she had Chris and his team for the first case she would have saved a lot of stress. Thanks Chris for all the great work done for Cristina.
