    Eva was wonderful! I had waist length hair, that was getting very heavy, thin, tangley and frizzy. It was certainly not an easy job, it's also very wavy! Eva listened to what I wanted and I walked out with super soft, shiny hair. My main concern was having the ends too thin from layering like I've had in the past. Eva softened the layers so my hair is much thicker. It flows so nicely and has held up even a week later! The salon is lovely and everyone is so friendly, it has a real family friendly kind of vibe, very welcoming. Sorry for the poor photo, this was me in M&S afterwards asking my mum to take a photo.

    Unfortunately I got turned away as they don’t do mixed textured hair. (Afro/Asian). Very unfortunate that this is still continuing to happen in 2025. All it takes is education, a course? Washing and blow drying should be a service that you can offer to everyone, what happened to inclusivity and being not discriminatory?. Really disappointing! Do better.
