Not happy. Cancelled future appointment.it’s no good telling me that permanent colour hilites won’t stay in my hair longer than one wash once you’ve taken £84 off me. I asked for advice and you clearly misled me. You showed no concern whatsoever.
Used to go there for a year ish. Recently tried to arrange an appointment by a phone call, asked for a different professional because I wasn’t happy with the last haircut by a trainee (I assume) they didn’t provide any other option and stopped answering my calls.
Have just taken my 2 year old son here for his haircut who is suspected asd for anyone that knows about autism will know what it’s like to try and get your child’s haircut and I must say the lady that cut his hair was absolutely brilliant and had so much patience with him so a definite 5 stars from me and highly recommended and again thanks so much
Have been going to Hannah'sfor years (even before it was Hannah's!) always lovely and friendly - today they cut my hair beautifully, fixing a slightly botched attempt at cutting my own hair - lesson learnt, just book a great value for money cut and blow dry here...

Tried Hannah's for the first time today after my mum recommended them; and had an absolutely amazing experience. Charlie was so friendly and welcoming. I had a root touch up and a trim, and my hair came out brilliant. The colour is perfect, and this is the first time a hairdresser has actually styled my hair to work with my natural cow licks. Highly recommend!
Amazing service, Hannah is so lovely. I felt the hour fly by. I donated my hair to the Little Princess Trust and Hannah was already really confident in the process. She took control and helped me feel at ease very quickly, she also made me feel amazing about my new cut. Honestly, a really lovely experience, I will absolutely be back
I'd read good reviews for Hannah's Hair and decided to book in after the initial post lockdown rush. I'm really glad I did as I had a lovely colour, cut and style today, all done by Emily. The colour came out beautifully and it feels great to look a bit more like myself again. The salon has a lovely atmosphere, is really well presented and I was looked after all the way through. Looking forward to booking again.
