   Absolute tin pot outfit. AVOID. Charging £300 to ‘review’ a two page document. They are representing the other party in the transaction so no way of me avoiding this scandalous thievery. Save your money and use someone honest with integrity. If they need to make money in this way, they are not good at what they do.

   Stay away from Shennel. She is too restricted to protect her personal interest without thinking about her clients. She broke my contract in middle of the deal which was not even supported by any valid reason and delayed the whole process.

   I've been trying to find a solicitor to assist with purchasing a property with a looming deadline. Sent off my paperwork to them and all the forms they have asked for, the solicitor "Nic" has been away which is fine however, even before he went on leave and since his return hasn't bothered to confirm if he is willing to act on my behalf. Wasted a week of mine for no reason. Everytime you call and leave a message they don't bother returning the calls or messages. Just keep getting told the same rubbish that they will forward the message on. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL, it would have been better if they just Saif they couldn't assist rather than wasting my time and that of the other party. I wouldn't personally recommend these guys or use them ever again.
