Had around 4 good experiences. However, the last time me and my 9 year old daughter came, they were getting visibly frustrated with her and I was told not to return with her as she did not sit still enough for their liking. Therefore, I would not suggest taking a child unless they can sit like a statue!
SOLMAZ have type 3b curly hair. Turned up was asked “what do you expect me to do with that” I said I’ve come for a trim. I usually get wet cuts but I’ve been told you do dry cuts here and curls can be cut dry or sprayed as damp. “You should have used the initiative to straighten it before turning up I don’t know what you’re expecting” I said I don’t use any heat on my hair or hair straighteners often go for the wet cut 100 miles away when I visit family. She washed my hair instead of spraying it damp which I stupidly went along with and then cut my hair then blow dryed my hair straight??? Backwards I know. Especially when I don’t use heat and told her not do use anything. Along with this-she used no heat protectant at all to the extent my hair has smoke coming out of. She obnoxiously chewed gum speaking in Turkish about me, I mixed race Turkish and could understand everything but just sat there respectfully. She said it would cost £12 more than I had already paid Won’t return to feel like dirt.
I absolutely loved my experience getting a balayage! The team was so nice and made me feel really comfortable. They did an amazing job with my hair. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for top-notch hair styling and great customer service!
Took my daughter for her 1st proper hair cut. The lady was very good with her, and I love her new hair cut! Me and my girls always go to this salon and we have always loved the results! Thank you! We will be back!
Nice and friendly but honestly the worst haircut I’ve ever seen, and I’ve cut my own hair. I feel bad saying this.

I discovered Edit Hair by pure coincidence using the Treatwell app about 1 year ago. They are professional, friendly & very reasonably priced. I feel like a million bucks when I walk out of their salon. Highly recommend them❤️
Unfriendly staff and bad customer service. I had never used the treatwell app before, but I found a last minute Saturday appointment which was great I won't be revisiting this salon as I was disappointed with their service. I would much rather pay more for someone who was attentive and caring about their work.
