I travelled here from London as I had bad experiences from other salons local to me, but at Fenwick they understood what I wanted and I am in love with my hair…. All the girls there are lovely and would reccomemd to anyone!
Absolutely loved being here! The staff are really friendly and treat their customers like royalty. I was offered tea, coffee, cordial or water... the water was bottled and ice cold, perfect for a hot day. Emily was my stylist and she asked my hair exactly how I wanted it. Thank you, Emily, I'll definitely be back!
Ashleigh and Becca are fantastic. Perfect colour and cut, I’m always happy with my hair afterwards. They listen and chat to me about colour options and take my hair health into consideration as they know it’s important to me. They are lovely to chat to and they remember things from previous appointments which is always appreciated :)
This is the second time I am posting the review. My first review has been deleted. My daughter requested a butterfly cut which the hairdresser didn’t know so we showed her the pics. She completely messed my daughter hair. After the haircut she asked another hairdresser to style. When the hairdresser asked how to style she raised her shoulders as if she doesn’t know & care. We were not treated with care. The hairdresser treated us as if we were aliens. I am never going here again. I hope this review doesn’t get deleted by Fenwick.
Had my first haircut at Parks today, with their senior stylist Helen. I went in with an immensely thick, overgrown helmet of hair, and emerged a completely different person! I feel so much more like myself with my new light and trendy cut. Helen talked me the through the whole process, explaining why things needed doing and making sure I was happy throughout. Will definitely be back again!
A friendly hair salon with stylists who do a great job of cutting my 2 boys hair. Zoe has been doing their hair for several years now and we are always pleased with the quality of the cuts. The kids are put at ease by her and seem to enjoy going. Since Covid-19 restrictions the salon has made it as easy as possible to stay Covid safe.
My younger sister went to this hairdressers booked in for ‘a trim’. I must say this was more like a chop!!! She specifically asked for as little hair to be cut off as possible.Her hair was down to her bum and now up to her shoulders. This has left my sister in tears as she did not feel she could say anything to the hairdresser as she’s a quiet 13 year old. NOT rating the quality of the service itself just the lack of understanding from the hairdresser.
Went into Parks to have a full head of extensions put in for my wedding, which were done by Bridie. It was clear from the offset that Bridie knew exactly what she was doing, and the extensions are amazing. Throughout the 4 hours I was there, I was offered drinks and magazines, and everyone was very chatty and polite. The salon was clean and tidy, and a nice place to be! Will definitely be going back for more! :)
