   Had an acrylic removal, which was soaked only ONCE in acetone before the male technician proceeded to HOOK HIS NAIL under my acrylic to rip it off of my natural nail. This continued for the majority of the rest. Not only a ridiculous breach of infection control but could probably count it as common assault. If you too are planning to come for a removal, I would advise taking codeine beforehand.

   Brilliant place and good nail designs but will not be going here again I got my nails done 2 weeks ago and 3 of my nails have snapped right in half and when I asked about a refund was told they don’t do them, considering I payed over £40 for them and they haven’t even lasted 2 weeks without breaking I think deserves at least a refund. I got the nails refunded for free but travel is not cheap and I don’t live close enough where it’s a 5 min journey it’s at least 45 minutes. The staff are lovely but not very happy with the nails breaking and no refund of money. Another thing was that I booked an appointment before hand to get the nails done and needed to be at home for 4 and I had to wait an hour after the appointment and didn’t get home till 4:30 when the appointment was booked for 12.

   My nails turned out beyond gorgeous. It’s very modern and clean. My nail tech was friendly and took the time to make sure I was getting what exactly what I came for. I would highly recommend!

   Paid £30 for my wife to get her acrylics done (gone up in price since the last time) just over two weeks ago, Three of them have already broken off. Wouldn't recommend if you want long lasting, good quality nails

   Got gel polish here yesterday. Happy with price (£20 - 1 colour, natural nails) and they look good. Only complaint would be that they need to install some mechanical ventilation! I'd be surprised if the workers either aren't high as kites or have cracking headaches due to the powerful fumes in there. I had already confirmed I wanted an appointment so carried on despite the VERY strong smell. For this reason only I won't visit again, workmanship however was fine.

   You need to wait a little bit because it’s summer time, everyone want get their nails done and I understand that so I happy to wait. Great place for acrylic nails with nail art. Very friendly and my nails looked great.
