I had my hair done yesterday for the 1st time at this Salon. I had a consultation prior to having my hair done. Big thank you to Natalie who did a super job, also thank you for the advice and tips given too.
I had a facial with Amy, it was absolutely fantastic! It started with a back massage, then a facial and an arm and hand massage. It was so relaxing, I think I dozed off. Amy is very experienced and very welcoming. My skin felt so soft and refreshed afterwards. And I was totally relaxed. I would definitely recommend having this facial.
Always love visiting this salon. Staff are extremely friendly and receive great service.

Tried to book to get acrylics and get told the day of appointment it is cancelled, when I got there to get my refund they were hesitant on giving it to me. They didn't apologise which I find extremely rude
My first visit to Perfect Balance, I booked in for facial threading including eyebrows along with eyebrow tint. It was welcoming, relaxing & my treatment was fantastic. I can honestly say my eyebrows look the best ever and the threading was great. I have rebooked my next appointment with Leanne and would highly recommend to others.
