Our water was down nearly all day but scottish water were outstanding with updates also not long after I went on the priority list we had some drinking water delivered thank you.
So, when our drain got all blocked up in, Scottish Water Prestonpans team were right on it. The team showed up quick, were super professional, polite, and friendly. They sorted out the issue fast and efficiently. Couldn't ask for better service!
Nothing but praise for the Scottish water worker who came to our rescue with our air locked water system after the Rosewell burst main on new years day. He came and worked methodically till he cleared the fault also the very pleasant receptionists who dealt with our problem Thank you all very much.

Very Good Scottish engineers Called the main number answered quickly by v smart person who took details & was very polite, good customer service Made this call as had no water, engineer arrived within 15 minutes & problem resolved quickly Thank you Scottish Water Engineer Jimmy Hall 10 out of 10 Small point it’s shocking that Scottish water engineers get parking fines when parked on single yellow lines on a Saturday !!! Edinburgh council need to give support!
In no uncertain terms, the most incompetent and poorly run organisation to ever find itself in existence. If it was air they were in charge of, without a doubt, my fellow flatmates and I would likely be dead. If only I could wash my hands, hair, and teeth with their apologies. If only...
