   Unscrupulous and unprofessional law firm that have a limited knowledge of basic civil law. I’m a claimant against their client. They brought a defamation case based on no evidence to the small claims court as a counterclaim, in a pathetic attempt to scare me off from pursuing a claim against their clients. Those are the actions of a bully, not a law firm. If you don’t already know, defamation cases can only be filed in the high court. They’re either ignorant of the law or more likely being unscrupulous. I’ve asked multiple times to end this dispute with a settlement offer. The settlement offer was to end my claim or my clients will claim their costs from me. Absolutely ridiculous and not a serious settlement offer whatsoever. They have also threatened to use without prejudice negotiation dispute documents in court as some sort of bizarre and toothless threat. If I didn’t accept the above ‘offer’(which isn’t an offer at all). Again, these documents are not legally admissible in court unless both parties agree. Completely unscrupulous and untrustworthy.
