   I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Unique Solicitors. From the very start, their level of professionalism was shockingly poor. Emails were consistently ignored, and getting a straight answer from anyone was nearly impossible. Every time I called, I was met by a receptionist who seemed more like a gatekeeper than someone trying to help. Messages never got passed on, and follow-ups were completely lacking. It's as if no one there actually communicates or takes client concerns seriously. Indika was so rude over the phone and does not have a friendly attitude towards the clients at all. Been working for finance industry over the past few years this is the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a legal service. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere if you want to be treated with basic respect and get timely support. Avoid at all costs.

   I definitely NOT recommending this solicitor at all. I don't even want to give them 1 star. I wrote an email for my query but no answer so I decided to come to their office. The receptionist I think let me in but I believe the solicitor who came out from their office had attended me but cannot able to comment with my query. I need to pay them first before them saying something. I find him so RUDE coz while I am talking he is like holding the door for me to leave the office. I understand I did not pay but at least show some respect to people who needs help about queries. It's not all about money but O think this office is all about MONEY. That's how I see it.
