   I had a very disappointing and stressful experience with this law firm. At the beginning, they told me they would request all of my medical reports and hospital records, and that I would be sent to an expert for my hand injury. None of that ever happened. Later, they asked me to sign a CNF form where the compensation amount was changed to £10,000 instead of the amount they originally told me. When I asked about it, they just said it was a “mistake” and brushed it off. I also suffered psychological distress and humiliation at work after my accident, and when I explained this, the lawyers seemed to defend the employer instead of supporting me. I felt ignored and disrespected. When I wanted to change lawyers, other solicitors told me this firm claimed they had already done most of the work — but when I asked for proof, all they sent me were a few call and email records. No documents were requested, and no progress was made for two months. This has been one of the worst professional experiences I’ve ever had. I would strongly advise others to think twice before working with this firm.

   Tim is a genius! His expert legal knowledge and over 30 years of experience is combined with his warm personality. He is unbelievably patient, emotionally supportive, and reassuring. He was always able to answer all of my questions and give me very clear advice. He kindly took over my very complicated case of 2 car accidents (that were within 14 weeks of each other) from another big unhelpful law company that ignored me for over a year.
