   I had an appointment booked in for doing my roots, adding crazy colours and a cut today and I explained over the phone when booking in that my roots would need bleaching, and then I would like a blue colour on top and that I was very happy to bring my own colours in on the day. I went in a few days beforehand for a patchtest, a lovely lady was sorting that and, again said it would be great if I brought my own colours as they might not have the right shade, which I was happy to do. When I arrived to my appointment the stylist seemed very nervous about the blue hair that I already have, and when I explained what I would like to be done, which was a split hair blue / lighter blue hair they said that it was not possible at all in the time frame. What they instead offered was to put colour through my roots and a cut and I questioned what they thought I was booked in for, which was a root bleach + crazy colour, with a cut which is more work than what they suggested. They then told me that they don't do the crazy colours either on a monday. Very disappointed to be honest, I completely understand that the split colour might have been too much to ask for and I would have been happy to just do a solid colour over my ( then rebleached roots)/hair , as that was what I was orginally booked in for, but they werent happy to do that either. I'm not sure how a phone booking, and a in person meeting still didn't get the right details across.

   I have used Bragg since they very first opened which is a fair few years ago. Laura has always cut my hair and she is excellent, either going with my ideas or suggesting options when I need advice. Laura is friendly, funny, kind and caring. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! X

   I went to this salon for the first time in November 2023 and I had a good experience. The lady who cut my hair was friendly and professional and I liked my haircut. I went back to this salon about a month ago, but this time another stylist cut my hair. I had a terrible experience and I have been upset for days as my haircut looked awful. Thank God the manager has been understanding and re-cut my hair refunding me too. She made me smile again. Thank you

   I had my hair done yesterday afternoon by Hannah, a friendly, beautiful and very helpful re style and colour. I want an ashey colour for my hair and she 100% delivered it. I am so happy with the result, I had so many positive comments. I highly recommend Hannah. If you ever go to Braggs, ask for Hannah. Thank you.

   I had my naturally curly hair cut and highlighted by Joanne, who understood my hair type and gave me helpful advice. She really took the time to talk through what I wanted and get everything right. After tying my hair back for months it was so good to have it cut into a manageable style! I was very happy with the result and would recommend Bragg Hair Studio.
