   I’ve been going to Liana for laser hair removal for the past two years, and the results have been absolutely amazing. I never thought the treatment would be this successful, but thanks to her expertise and professionalism, I’ve seen such a huge improvement. With over 20 years of experience, Liana always keeps up to date with the latest knowledge and techniques, ensuring she delivers the highest standard of care. She is also warm, friendly, and makes every session a positive experience. I’m moving away from Bristol soon, and one of the things I’ll miss most is my treatments with Liana. It will be hard to find someone I trust as much as her. I’m truly grateful to have had her as my laser therapist and would recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone considering laser hair removal.

   Absolutely brilliant clinic. I suffer with moderate milia, other issues on my skin and I have been wrecking my skin barrier over the last few years trying to solve my issues at home myself. Lianna was so reassuring about removing my milia in the safest way possible and other treatments I have requested to sort my skin in future. Clinic is clean, welcoming and relaxing and Lianna really knows her stuff. I am coming back in four weeks for another appointment. 5 stars is not enough.

   I just finished my facial laser treatment with Liana, and I can say that I really appreciated her, as she was very honest and knowledgeable about a treatment, she described me a things how they actually works, not like in another places, where they describe a treatment in very unrealistic way just to drain a money from customer and at the end a customer leave a service with a tears in the eyes. Her services are also fully LGBT friendly, which I really appreciate.

   Been going to Liana for tattoo removal, and have been very happy with the results! Highly recommend Liana. She’s friendly, professional and makes you feel at ease when having procedures done. Very knowledgeable, and always available to answer any questions after appointments. After care is always explained well after appointment. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for any laser treatments!

   Liana at BeautifulU is great! Would highly recommend! Have been going to her for years (waxing, eyebrow tint, manicure, lash lift and, most recently, laser hair removal). Always professional and I am always pleased with the outcome. I am currently having laser hair removal treatment for upper lip and armpit. I am so pleased with the results after just two visits! She goes through everything very thoroughly and takes extra care to make sure I am comfortable.

   I took my daughter to get her ears pierced. She was very nervous but liana put her at ease, was extremely professional, calming and talked her through it all. It was extremely clean, hand sanitisers placed in numerous places in the salon and I felt safe and confident that we were in good hands. The ear piercing was very good value for money, compared to the high street shop which does this service, you wouldn’t of received the personal care and touch there, like we did here at Beautiful U. I would 100% recommend Beautiful U, especially for ear piercing. I will be going back to see Liana for some pampering for myself! Thank you!!
