   I have given only 1 star as there no option to give no stars, this agent is unprofessional and lack transparency. After placing an offer and an open and honest supporting letter on a probate property I was told it was sold for way over the offer we had given, just to find out on zoopla it was 5k off the offer we made. A chance we may never get again as we wanted to be near our family in their final days. Clearly no care, consideration or client relationship just the cash or whatever really went on here...
