   Took my daughter in for a haircut at Regis salon, the stylist Abbie Was friendly and polite and were very helpful with my daughter’s needs. my daughter was very happy with the way Abbie cut and curled her hair.

   Extremely rude team working here. Never met a more unprofessional bunch of people. If you can't communicate with empathy you should not work in customer facing roles. Even to cut hair, you must be able to hold a conversation without going on the defensive and making people feel as if they are wasting your time and they are beneath you. Never take your children here for a hair cut. Unless you want to spend loads, not have a good hair cut and leave feeling like you are a bad person for talking to them. Also they put random time limits for their services which they don't specify when fleecing you off your money. So watch out.

   I had a very strange experience. I was a walk in and the older lady with white hair said that someone could fit me in. It all seemed rushed with my contact details needing to be taken before sitting down for Thier records. I was told to sit for the haircut which was a wash cut and blow dry. The older bristolian lady with reddish hairwas so rude. She told me I was too vague with what I wanted done and under prepared to have a haircut. I said could she wash it first while I found a phot of what I wanted (to help her) in the meantime she went back to the lady in the greeting area who had registered me and whispered something to her. Meanwhile I had found the photo. The greeter lady came back and said the cutter has decided she can't communicate with you and I would need to wait to have another hairdresser do it. It was the weirdest experience and I felt like I was treated very poorly.. the staff are contractors working on very tight time slots. There was absolutely no pleasure in what I experienced and I was glad to get out of there.

   Amazing treatment - at home my daughter got a hair brush stuck in her long hair close to her scalp. It was so tightly wound round the brush that I couldn’t get any of the hair out and thought it might have to be chopped. Given this was at the side / front of her head, my daughter was distraught. Elisa and Kaelah were wonderful - they worked with patience, care, determination and humour….and did a fantastic job. More of her hair was saved than anticipated and she now has a lovely long bang style at the front. We are so grateful and relieved! Thanks so much.

   horrible i paid 15pound deposit 4 a 30pound cut shampoo blow dry and was only 10mins late 4 d appointment cos I'm disabled n traffics bad n they took d next cyst in n took my deposit2 n when I arrived told me d deposit dont go tru so they can't see me 4d appointment n 2call 4d refund n I did n say2me later cant refund me unless I go back 2see them they r liars cos I called my bank n they told me they took my deposit already I'm defn never booking with them again they r thieves

   Very friendly salon. Elisa does my hair. She is delightful. It was clean, with friendly staff and a really happy vibe. All my Christmas appointments were booked and my hair was stylish, glossy and the colour was amazing. All in all a most enjoyable experience.

   i hate to sound rude but frankly i could’ve done a better job myself. my fringe is so wonky and uneven. felt rushed and she didn’t ask how i felt about it, or if any touching up needed to be done. hopefully it grows out soon. not to mention about 4 inches were taken off when i specifically asked for as little length off as possible, and for feathered ends because i hate the look of blunt hair. the hairdresser did what she personally likes and ignored me entirely. totally unhappy paying for this when it’s just genuinely not good
