This was my first visit to The Beauty Spot in Chepstow. I had an Environ facial with Kay which was was lovely and relaxing and left my skin soft and glowing. I am looking forward to my next treatment here and would definitely recommend.

We had manicures and pedicures here and were really impressed. The facilities are clean and professional and the ladies who work there are really friendly and warm. Both our services were done really well and we left very happy. If we lived closer then we would be regulars I'm sure.
I am disappointed. My friend reccomend this place, she said that they do really good work. When I called to make an appointment I was told that I cannot have gel on my nails because the person who does them, doesn't take new customers. Fair enough, I though, and decided to have shellac instead. And I would have, but when I called I was told that they cannot remove shellac which I already have and do a new one. I need to clean my nails before coming to the salon. This is just ridiculous. Clearly this place doesn't need new customers. :(
